William 'Craig' Walter, 62 passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 18, surrounded by family. Craig was born on August 13, 1958 to Bill & Ruth Walter of Akron. He enjoyed sailing, hiking, boating, listening to music, dancing and enjoyed seeing his favorite local band, The Tasby's, every chance he had. Craig was a lifelong Indians fan and never missed spring training. He was a family man who always organized family holidays and had a deep love for his boys, parents, & brothers. Craig welcomed everyone he met into his life with a smile that would warm your heart.
Craig was preceded in death by his father William Walter. He is survived by his mother Ruth Ann Walter; sons Evan Walter & Erik (Felica) Ross; brothers David & Steven (Rosann); grandson Theodore (Teddy), as well as many nieces & nephews.
