Staci Dyan (Palmer) Serra

Staci Dyan (Palmer) Serra, 41, of North Canton, Ohio passed away October 27,2023 after a lengthy battle with metastatic breast cancer. Staci was born October 20,1982 in Akron, Ohio to George E. Palmer and Diana J. (Palmer) Siegenthaler.
Staci graduated from Jackson High School in 2001. After graduating high school, she continued her education at Stark State College of Technology. She graduated from college in 2007 with a degree in Associate of Applied Business Legal Assisting Technology. Staci landed her "dream job" at Krugliak Wilkins Griffiths & Dougherty, Co. L.P.A. as a worker's comp paralegal, where she worked until her passing. Her employers and coworkers were in awe of Staci's positivity and eagerness to learn, which was exceptional. Staci was very involved with all her children's school activities and events. She was a cheer instructor for Jackson Friends & Family Church with her daughter. She loved spending time with her granddaughter Athena whom she adored. Staci enjoyed crafting with her mom and always looked forward to her trips to the beach at Hilton Head S.C. with her family. Her beautiful smile was infectious to everyone she met. She will be deeply missed. We love you, Staci!
Preceded in death by both paternal and fraternal grandparents; father George Palmer, mother-in-Law; Margaret Mauer; uncles Tim Benton, Keith Benton; Cousin Wyatt Jackson.
She is survived by her mother Diana Siegenthaler (Bill); husband James V. Serra III; Father-in-Law James Serra Jr; step father-in-law Fred Mauer; son Jalen Serra (Maddy); daughters Tatum Snyder (Brandon), Lucienne Serra, Jennovese Serra; granddaughter Athena. She is also survived by her siblings Justin Palmer (Mandi) and Adam Palmer and numerous friends and relatives.
A special thanks to the staff at Aultman Compassionate Care for their kindness during her difficult time. And her friends through #StaciStrong who worked tirelessly to support Staci.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Jackson Friends & Family Church. A memorial service will follow at 4:30 PM. Food and fellowship to follow.
