Michael Ferro

Mt. Pleasant, SC - Michael Ferro, 67, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021 at his home with his guardian and niece Jennifer by his side.
Michael was born in Akron on July 17,1953 to the late Phillip and Mary Ferro. He loved music, crafts, any and every celebration, and being with his family. Michael lived in Akron until 2007, when he moved to Greensburg, PA with his mother and niece, after the death of his father. He attended the Clelian Heights Workshop where he made many friends and participated in their various activities.
Michael brought so much joy to all who knew and loved him and he will be deeply missed.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brother Joey. He is survived by his niece and guardian Jennifer DeRusha and her daughters Marion & Katie; favorite cousins Andria Livigini and Denise Buccigross; and many other loved ones.
Michael will be laid to rest Friday, June 25, 2021 at 11AM with his parents at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clelian Heights.
