Mary K. Wiggins

Mary K. Wiggins, 81, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. She has been reunited with the love of her life, Cloyd (Butch), who she missed dearly.

Mary was born in Akron and was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church. She retired from Bank One.

She loved her family and her greatest joy in life was being a wife, Mom and Grandma. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and always made each of them feel special. Her favorite pastimes were shopping with the girls and making the holidays special. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Kathleen (Brennan) Ashelman; son-in-law, Jeff; brother, Robert and favorite Aunt, Alberta. She is survived by her children, Darlene (Ed) Cikity, Daniel (Debra) Wiggins and Bonnie O'Donnell; bonus daughter, Tracey (Dan) Reed; sister, Sharon (Robert) Cue; sister-in-law, Joyce Ashelman; grandchildren, Matthew (Jessica), Brian (Sarah), Justin, Abigail and Tyler (Darby) Cikity, Ashley and Danny Wiggins and Taylor (Blaine) O'Donnell; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Tripp and Archer Cikity, Logan Porter and Skylar Hill; special cousin, Sandy (John) Egbert; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Our family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Altercare Hartville for the great care they gave our Mom in her final days.

Calling hours Sunday, March 17, 2024 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Rd. Uniontown, Ohio 44685 (corner of Steese & Massillon Rd.'s entrance off Steese). Funeral service Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Deacon John Amedeo officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron.
