Karen Marie (Antro) Wilkinson

Karen (Antro) Wilkinson passed away, on December 3, 2021. She was 71.

Born in Akron, Ohio she was the only daughter of the late Catherine (Biondo) Antro and John Angelo Antro. Preceded in death by her brother Michael, she leaves behind her brothers John and Ron and her beloved nephew Anthony and his dog Miss Gray. Karen had her own personal style and always took pride in her appearance. She enjoyed going to flea markets and garage sales and being with her family and friends. She made baskets as gifts for everyone and filled them with things that she thought they might enjoy. She was always there to support us in any way that she could. She was a loving person who would give anything to anyone in need, and expect nothing in return.

 She graduated from Akron North High School and worked most of her career as a Respiratory Therapist at Akron General Hospital. She later chose to work at the Greenview Inn as a Caregiver. She took pride in never missing work and touched many people’s lives.

She was a very religious and faithful person, who showed great strength.

We will always remember her laughter.
