Joseph Paul Oddo

Joseph P. Oddo, 88, passed away on October 25, 2023
Joe was born on September 9, 1935 in Cleveland to the late Angelo & Maria Oddo. He joined the Marine Corps from 1953 to 1956, serving in Okinawa.
Joe owned and operated two restaurants, Chip's Pizza and D'Angelos Italian Restaurant for over 50 years. Joe was a faithful member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Joe loved going to the YMCA five days a week and if the sun was shining, he was sitting in it.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by siblings Paul Oddo & Parma Pastoria. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Mary Anne; his sons Angelo (Josel), Damian (Genelyn), Michael, & Christopher (Leslie); grandchildren Ryan, Sabrina, Christian, Paul, Sophia, & Braxtin; great-granddaughter Madison & Aurora.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 30, from 4-7 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green 4178 Massillon Rd. (entrance off of Steese Rd.) in Green. A funeral will take place on Tuesday, October 31, 11 am, at the funeral home. Interment with full military honors will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
