Donna Mae (Bickerstaff) Itzoe

Donna Itzoe, 74, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 18, 2021, at her home.

Donna was born February, 12, 1947 in New Brighton PA and has been an area resident since 1970. She was a Math Teacher for Akron Public Schools for 28 years retiring in 1997. She was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church and, with her husband, Sam, a long time member of World Wide Marriage Encounter.

Donna is survived by her husband of 51 years, Sam; daughters Christina (Michael) Goodwin, Alisa (Marcus Helms) Itzoe Miller and Stephanie (Richard) Abatangelo; grandchildren Ella and Lily Goodwin, Addy Miller and Xander, Eva, Xavier and Zane Abatangelo.

The family will receive friends Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 2 to 5 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Road (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads, entrance off Steese). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd., Uniontown OH 44685 where the family will receive friends from 10 to 11am.
