Barbara Knezevich Obituary
Barbara Knezevich, 80, went home to be with the Lord for eternal rest and peace on September 7, 2021.
Barbara was born in Akron on December 14, 1940 to the late Anthony & Helen (Gregoric) Phillips and was a graduate of Tallmadge High School. She was employed by Babcock & Schmid in Bath and went on to volunteer many hours of service for various community organizations. She was a parishioner of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Akron. Barbara enjoyed reading, puzzles, & Turner Classic Movies. She adored and cherished her grandchildren and loved spending time with them.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Richard and brothers John & David. She is survived by her sons Ricky (Sandy) & Billy (Tina) and her grandchildren Stephen, Nathan, Erika, Zak, & Zeke, as well as many nieces, nephews & step-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 25, from 9:00 am-1030 am at the Anthony Funeral Home McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave., (at Third St., one block north of Portage Trail in) Cuyahoga Falls, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls.
