Anna Marie (Pinkston) Feltrup

Anna Marie Feltrup, nee Pinkston, 35, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 27, 2023, after suffering a stroke on Thursday, February 23rd. She was welcomed by her beloved Bobka, Virginia Lysiak, her Granny Nellie Krantz, father-in-law Al Feltrup, & cousin Jeffrey Lysiak.
Anna was born on July 6, 1987 in Barberton to Donald & Virginia Pinkston (Lysiak). She was a 2005 graduate of Coventry High School and earned her Bachelor's of Nursing from Kent State University. She worked for Aultman Health Foundation, starting as a Registered Nurse in 2011 in the hospital and most recently was the Director of Primary Care Recruitment for Aultman Medical Group. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, where she attended grades K-8. Anna met her beloved husband Matt in 2005, while both working at Anthony Funeral Home, and they were married on July 24, 2010.
Anna loved going to the beach. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially time spent at home in her swimming pool. She loved her dog PJ.
Anna loved and adored her children. There was not a day that went by where she wasn't up to some sort of shenanigans with Nellie and Luke. Anna was a compassionate and loving person, and was a good listener to those in need.
Anna is survived by the love of her life, Matthew Feltrup; her children Luke & Nellie; parents Donald & Virginia Pinkston; Dzadzi Theodore Lysiak; sisters Jill (Bob) Sandvick & Tracee Probst; mother-in-law Cathy Feltrup; sister-in-law Megan Feltrup; brothers-in-law Adam (Shannon) Schnur & Christopher (Miranda) Feltrup; her beloved Chiocha, Marianne Royce; beloved niece Kristi (Marquis) Scott, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 3, from 3-7 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 4, 11 am, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church 4009 Manchester Rd.
