Wilma Drayer (nee Moskovis), loving wife of Gernard (Bud) Drayer for almost 60 years; dearest sister of L. Michael Moskovis (Dorothy) and the late Ann Moore (Clifford) and Irene Kincheloe (Raymond); dear aunt, great aunt, and cousin. Wilma is also survived by many friends, including dear friends, Mary Kross and Terra Fogg, and her beloved cat, Patches.
Wilma was born in Akron, Ohio. She was a graduate of East High School and worked many years as a secretary/administrative assistant. She was a member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church where she taught Sunday School and also was a volunteer at Summa Barberton Hospital.
Wilma enjoyed golfing, going to casinos, taking nature walks and she loved animals of all kinds.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 9 at 11:00 am at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 3204 Ridgewood Rd., Fairlawn, Ohio where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am until the time of the service. Internment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
Wilma's family would like to thank Wilma's caregivers, Maureen Carpenter and the staff at Brookdale Montrose for all their loving care during Wilma's illness.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church or Best Friends Animal Society.
