William Miloscia passed away peacefully on September 6th, 2022 after a brief illness.  William was born November 12, 1940 in Bronx, NY.  He was a graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.  After graduating, he made his career in Chemical Engineering with BP/Standard Oil.  Upon retirement, he enjoyed astronomy, birding, wood turning and eating a good rare hamburger.  William was preceeded in death by his parents, Vito and Margaret Miloscia.  He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth; sons, Christopher (Kathy), and Craig; granddaughters, Meghan (Jeff) Baublit and Molly Miloscia; great granddaughter, Charlotte Baublit; and brothers, Joe (Mary), Mike (Bea), and Jerry.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 10th from 11am-1pm at Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home, 811 Grant Street, Akron, Ohio.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in William's name may be sent to the Glioblastoma Foundation (glioblastomafoundation.org).
