Wayne L Mohan

CUYAHOGA FALLS- Wayne L. Mohan, 59, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Wednesday, February 8, 2023 after a battle with cancer.
Wayne was born on February 2, 1964 to the late Dale & Georgene Mohan and was a lifelong area resident. A 1982 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School, Wayne went on to join the Local 18 Operators Union and was a member for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially as a charter captain, piloting his own vessel, The Frist Priority II as Captain Wayne. Wayne was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 25 years Annie; daughters Jessica (Jason) Steele and Aleesha Mohan; stepdaughter Danielle (Matt) Biss; grandchildren Devin, Meea, & Audrina; siblings Terry (Debbie) Mohan, Debbie (Jim) Milakovich, Bobby Mohan, Sandy Rienzi, and Janet Brown; many nieces and nephews; and other loved ones.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 12 from 2-4PM at the Anthony Funeral Homes, McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave in Cuyahoga Falls (one block North of Portage Trail at 3rd St.) where a funeral service will be held on Monday, February 13 at 11:00 AM.
