Obituary
Theresa Baxter, 87, passed away on August 14, 2024. Born in Akron, she was a daughter of the late Paul Sprochi and Rose Lapenna Sprochi.
Theresa had a beautiful spirit and was well loved by many dear friends.
Theresa is proceeded in death by her husband, Robert Baxter and longtime companion Alex Gonyias.
She is survived by sons, Eric (Tracy) Baxter, Brad Baxter; and grandchildren, Bobby (Meghan) Baxter, Stephanie (Nate) Armstrong, Andrew Baxter, Hayley Baxter and Michael Baxter; and great-grandchildren, Emma, Madisyn, Brayson, Carter, Leon, Chayse, Zachary and Cami.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday, August 21 from Noon to 2:00 pm at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home (811 Grant St., Akron, OH 44311) where funeral services will take place at 2:00. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery will follow.
