Terry Sommerville

Terry Lee Sommerville, 66, passed away after a short illness in St. Cloud, Florida where he resided for the past 40 years.

Terry was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and was a graduate of East High School in 1976. Terry was a compassionate and loving man with a strong Christian faith. He loved the artistry of painting on canvas and his talent allowed him to create some of the most gorgeous scenic paintings. A secondary hobby was collecting Hot Wheels. He would always tell us, "it's the thrill of the hunt" for specific types or models to complete his collections. Terry's work career was with C&C Contracting in Orlando, Florida.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents James and Wanda Sommerville, and his first wife Dawn. He is survived by his present wife Carol, daughter Lindsey (Eric) Lopez, three grandsons (Isaac, Eli, Noah), son Ryan (Adrian) Sommerville, brother Gary (Linda) Sommerville and sister Sandy Stewart, three stepsons, many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
