Sharon Kay (Higley) Minier

Sharon Kay Minier, 81, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
She was born in Akron and was a member of the First Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls. Mrs. Minier was a School Secretary for Bolich Middle School and Richardson Grade School in Cuyahoga Falls. She was a 24 year Heart Transplant Survivor, belonged to a Catholic Sewing Group and loved her family very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Charles and Helen Leona (Aikey) Higley; and her siblings, Phyllis, Pete, Janet and Skip. Sharon is survived by her beloved husband, Lee Minier; daughter, Lisa Minier; son, Mark (Jessica) Berkowitz-Minier; grandchildren, Ethan and Austin; special cousin, Janet Persons; and many friends.
