It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Shannon Renee Cleckner, who left us peacefully on November 24, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on January 20, 1967, in Akron, Ohio, Shannon brought warmth and kindness to everyone she encountered. She was a loving spouse to her husband, James Cleckner, and a cherished daughter to her father, Robert and the late Penny (nee: Smith) Richmond. Also survived by sister Rosalie Mashek, nephew Tyler Mashek (Chris), niece Hannah (Matt) Winkler.

A graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School, Shannon dedicated herself to her work as a Customer Service Representative for Diebold for many years, where she was respected for her commitment and compassion towards her colleagues and customers alike. Shannon's light shone brightly in her community and through her work, enriching the lives of those around her.

Shannon was known for her loving spirit, infectious laughter, and unyielding support for her family and friends. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

In honoring Shannon's life, a private grave side committal service will take place in Silver Springs Cemetery in Stow, OH. where family will gather to share their fond memories and to commemorate the beautiful person she was.

As we come together to remember Shannon, let us carry forward her spirit of kindness and compassion. The family kindly requests that contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Shannon's honor, reflecting her caring heart and genuine concern for others.
