Sandra May (Comedy) Christ

Sandra Christ, 78, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Cleveland University Hospital.
Sandra was born November 19, 1946 to James and Maxine (Miller) Comedy in Akron and had been an area resident her entire life. She was a 1965 graduate of Garfield High School. She was the Super PTA Mom and had served as PTA President at Voris, Roswell-Kent and Garfield. She also worked as a Summit County Precinct Election Official in Firestone Park. She liked crafting especially Ukrainian Easter Eggs, painting and calligraphy.
Sandra is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Russell; children Wendi (Erik) Miller and Barry (Kelli) Christ and grandchildren Amanda (Cory Carpenter) and Niko (Nick Hoover) Miller and Owen Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother James Comedy.
Private services will be held. Cremation has taken place.
