Samuel Abert Osgood

Samuel A. Osgood, 89, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Carol. He is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years Martha; daughters Teresa (Dale) Hedrick, Patti (Paul) Trettel, & Valerie (John) Huddleston; grandsons Samuel, Christian, & Seth Hedrick, and Benjamin Trettel; granddaughter Samantha Huddleston (fiancé Colton Moore); sister Nancy Kroh; brother Duane; and furry companion Mona.
Sam was born in Middleburg, PA to the late Samuel & Ercie Osgood. He served in the Air Force during Korea and then worked as a long-distance truck driver his whole career, retiring in 1994. He was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Stow. Sam was a beloved husband, father and grandfather.
Sam will be interred at Stow Cemetery with Military Honors in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 3725 Kent Rd, Stow OH 44224.
