Samuel H. McKeever, III, 78, of Stow passed away at home on May 21 after a long illness. Born in Akron to the late Samuel H. McKeever, Jr. and Kathryn Maher McKeever, he was retired from Goodyear after 39 years of service. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy. Sam was a member of Holy Family Parish.

His survivors include wife of 31 years, Arlene; children, Michele Casto, Michael (Debbie Bowers) Shutack and Joseph Shutack, Debbie Marinelli, Jeff, Greg and Shawn McKeever; sister, Marge Thomas; brother Tom McKeever; grandchildren, Ema, Paytn, Madison, Samuel, Jacklyn, Jacob, Christian, Britny, and Aiden: great grandson, Braxton; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman on June 9 at 11:15
Attendees are asked to arrive by 11:00 and line up vehicles at the stop sign on Cortege lane #2.
