Roy E. Jones, 79, of Stow passed away on Nov. 23, 2022.  Born in Bedford to the late Roy and Sylvia Jones,  Roy had attended Northwestern University where he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity.

He was General Manager of Tim Lally Chevrolet where he worked since 1969.  He was also a member of Tallmadge Lutheran Church.

Preceded in death by his wife, Betty, and brother, John, he is survived by daughters, Jeannine (Elbridge) Locklear and Lisa (Michael) Pilliod; son, Anthony (Rebecca) Jones; sisters, Kathy (Ron) Krupa, Marilyn (Butch) Muzic, and Carol (Mike) Leavitt; brother, Carl; and grandchildren, Connor Anthony and Jensen Lynn; and sister-in-law, Michele.

A memorial service will take place on Friday, Dec. 9 at 3:00 p.m. at Tallmadge Lutheran Church (759 East Ave., Tallmadge) where the family will receive guests from 2 until service time.
