Ronald V. Olenick

GREEN – Ronald V. Olenick, 87, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019.

Ronald was born August 24, 1932 to Vincent and Marie (Samlock) Olenick in Akron and had been a Green resident for most of his life. He was a graduate of Greensburg High School. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He was employed by Factory Tool and Supply.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Louise (Fick).

The family is grateful to Ron's extended family and many friends for all their support.

Cremation has taken place. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd., Uniontown OH 44685 on Friday at 1:00 PM. A private interment with Military Honors will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Queen of Heaven Church or the Green Fire Department.
