Ronald Michael Buckson

Ronald M. Buckson, 86, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2024.
Ron was born on April 16, 1937 in Akron to the late Michael and Emmie Buckson and was a 1955 graduate of Coventry High School. He attended Kent State University on a baseball scholarship. He retired from Norstan Communications. He was an avid golfer and pool player. He loved the Cleveland sports teams and the Buckeyes. Ron was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.
Ron is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Cheryl; his children Valerie (Gary) Principe, Michael (Susan), Lynn (Douglas) Brady, & Mary Buckson, as well as 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will take place on Monday, February 26, 11:00 am at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron. (Anthony, AKRON)
