Robey Scott Haigh

Robey Scott Haigh was born on March 13, 1969 and died way too soon on May 22, 2025 at the age of 56.
Preceded in death by his parents Rick and Thelma Kirby, grandparents, especially Hilda Shahan with whom he was especially close and cousins Rocco Gemma and Michele Parsons.
He leaves behind many grieving his loss, including his wife and best friend Judy; siblings Bill (Fran) Haigh, Lisa (Sam) Casey, Kim (Mike) Kovach, and Brian (Karen) Kirby; nieces and nephews Jessica (Josh) Bowman, Ira Bailey, Brandon Cordea, Chris Cordea, Megan (Nathan) Strode, Jess Kirby and Zak Kirby. He also leaves behind close friend Daniel Pope, the only person able to match his quick wit and sense of humor.
Scott was born in California and spent most of his life in Canton, Ohio. He was an Air Force veteran, serving in the medical field during Dessert Storm. With his skills, care and compassion, he provided fellow military personnel and their families with hope and healing. After his years of service to our country, he used his medical knowledge and skills working in orthopedics, dentistry, hospital medical units and psychiatric care with Summa, where he continued to make a positive impact on troubled lives.
Scott will be remembered for his laughter, quick wit, and love of cars. He always had a project going, whether it was a car, truck, or motorcycle and spent many hours in the garage for as long as he was healthy.
We will continue to love him and mourn the loss of him in our lives, but we know he no longer has to fight or suffer and is at peace now.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 31 at 1:00PM at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Road in Green (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads, entrance off Steese), where the family will receive friends beginning at 11:00AM.
