Robert E. Pickup

Cuyahoga Falls - Robert E. Pickup, Sr., 75, passed away Friday, October 7, 2022 at Akron City Hospital.
He was born November 16, 1946 in Utica, New York to Charles T. and Ruth (Anders) Pickup. Robert was a graduate of Kent State University; a veteran of the U.S. Army; former owner of Midwest Wood Shavings and retired from Chrysler.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Alan C. Pickup. He is survived by his son, Robert E. Pickup, Jr. (Virginia) of Akron, Ohio; daughter, Kathleen A. Pickup (Steve) of Pickerington, Ohio; and grandchildren, Alex, Ben, Charley and Mylan.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park, 2613 Sackett Ave. Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223.
