Robert Younge Maccutcheon

March 28, 1947 — August 31, 2022

Bob MacCutcheon died on August 31, 2022 from multiple medical issues.
Robert Younge MacCutcheon was born in Schenectady, NY on March 28, 1947. He lived in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, formerly lived in Tallmadge and Chagrin Falls. Bob was raised in Shaker Heights.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hawley MacCutcheon and his mother, Rose Marie MacCutcheon.
He loved sports, hockey most of all. He played hockey at Cleveland Skating Club. He also loved the Cleveland Barons and Cleveland Monsters Hockey Teams. In fairly recent years, Bob enthusiastically played racquetball at the Solon Racquet Club. Bob loved boating, had a 20' Sea Ray and a 30' Wellcraft Cabin Cruiser at Marble Head Anchors Away Marina.
Bob MacCutcheon graduated with a BBA from Northwoods University, Midland, Michigan. He received his pilot license while at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, flew as a commercial pilot and sold airplanes. Bob was a Dean Witter stock broker with a Series 7 license. He was president of Rymac Services, Inc. dba Jani-King serving a wide expanse of Northeastern Ohio commercial businesses.
Survived by his sister, his two brothers and his many nieces and nephews. We remember Bob's smiling face and profound sense of humor. All knew him as a fun-loving guy with an engaging personality and love of family. The kids say that they will miss Uncle Bucco.
A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Summa Akron City Hospital and Briarwood Rehab Facility for their care, compassion and grace.
