Robert 'Tommy' Koehler -CUYAHOGA FALLS Robert 'Tommy' Koehler, 56, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 2, 2016 at Essex Care Center in Tallmadge. Born in Far Rockway, NY, Tommy was an area resident for most of his life. He was a kind, loving, creative, and talented man with a great devotion to his Catholic Faith. Tommy's love for his family guided him daily and meant everything to him. He served his country as a member of the US Army. Preceded in death by his father Lawrence Koehler, Tommy is survived by his mother and step-father Diane & Edward Cellini; children Jessica, Robbie, & Gabrielle; siblings Andrew (Anett) Datlo, Kevin (Mary Beth) Koehler, Kimberly Rosenberger, Sheryl Koehler, & Jason (Tobi) Laber; grandson Jase; best friend Paul Edic, as well as many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, 5-8 pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home MCGOWAN-REID & SANTOS CHAPEL, 247 Stow Ave. (at Third St., one block north of Portage Trail in) Cuyahoga Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, 10:00 am, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church 1905 Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls.
