Robert Wade Jacobs

Robert "Bo" Wade Jacobs, 69, passed away on November 4, 2025.

Bo was born in Akron to Wade and Katherine Jacobs. He was a busy body in his childhood. He loved to ride his bike everywhere, go camping, fishing, and bowling, and ride horses. He cherished his time on the farm. He attended the Weaver School.

In addition to his parents, Bo was preceded in death by his sister Lyn Refakes and his brothers Rick and Steve Jacobs. He is survived by his sisters Kathy (Dave) Burns and Colleen (Kenny) Noall; brother-in-law Eugene Refakes; nieces and nephews Christopher (Laura), Jackie (Caleb), Kristin (Joe), Matt, & Joshua (Kelly); great nieces and nephews Kenzie, Brendon, Jaxson, Joey, Hunter, James, Loukas, Kaelyn, Michael, Gavin, Cecilia, Madison, & Brooke; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends from his group home.

A special thank you to the staff at both REM Group Home and Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospice Unit who took such great care of Bo.

Funeral service will take place Thursday, November 6 at noon at Anthony Funeral Home - Falls Chapel, located at 247 Stow Ave. in Cuyahoga Falls. Calling hours will be held for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cleveland Clinic Akron General.
