Richard R. Hrdlicka

Richard R. Hrdlicka, 85, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021.
He was born in Akron and was employed by Ruhlin Construction Company, Key Bank and retired from JP Morgan Chase.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lillian; son, Scott; brother, William; and son-in-law, Timothy Eakin. He is survived by his wife, Judy; daughters, Ann Eakin and Cheryl (Scott) Wilson; daughter-in-law, Karen Hrdlicka; 6 grandchildren, Tiffany, Amanda, Justin, Rachel, Courtney and Megan; and 2 great-grandchildren, Lilliana and Adalyn.
Dick loved the outdoors. He enjoyed golf and the 70 plus years fishing at Pigeon Lake, Ontario with family and friends.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boy Scouts of America - Lake Erie Council. (Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, Akron)
