Phyllis R. Schutz

Phyllis Ruth Schutz, 95, of Melbourne, FL went home to be with the Lord on December 6, 2020.

Phyllis was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all who knew her.

Phyllis was born on October 3, 1925 to the late Elza and Nora (Petty) Wade in Akron, OH. She lived most of her life in Akron/Cuyahoga Falls and later moved to Melbourne, FL.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Harvey and her son Scott.

Phyllis is survived by her sons, Daniel (Sharon) and Steven. Grandchildren, Jimelle (Michael) Roman, Michael Schutz, Debra (Michael) Yonders, Jennifer (Randy) Arnett and seven great-grandchildren.

A viewing and gathering of family and friends will be from 1 – 3pm on Thursday, December 10th at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care in Melbourne.

A graveside service followed by burial will be at 10am on Monday, December 14th at Hillside Cemetery in Ellet, Ohio.
