Paulette (Koukis) Gonis

Paulette Gonis (Koukis) lived a life of joy, strength, love, and faith which continued as she reached out and was received into the arms of her loving Heavenly Father in His Kingdom on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at the age of 77 (July 18, 1947).
She lived for her family and was cherished by her children Barry (Karen) Gonidakis, George Gonis, and Maria (Todd) Wagner. Her joy in life was being Yiayia to her 9 grandchildren Zachary (Whitney), Paul, Nicholas, Jeremiah, Danielle, Dimitri, Kaitlin, Alexander, and Andrew "AJ", and 2 great granddaughters Harper and Emory. Time with her sisters Elaine (Gust) Callitsis, MaryAnn Milo, and Cindy (John) Dennis and their families was always treasured. She'll be remembered for her fun antics of rolling down hills and laughing until her sides split.
Paulette joins her parents Paul and Tessie Koukis and sister MaryAnn Milo as they rejoice together in the Glory of the Lord.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 2, from 11 am to 1 pm, followed immediately by a funeral service at 1 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home, Akron Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. Interment will follow at Mount Peace Cemetery in Akron.
