It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Patrick Lee McCrossin born August 12th, 1986. He was born in Akron, Ohio, but spent most of his life in Cuyahoga Falls, with his school-age years being in Florida. His death on October 18th, 2026, at the age of just 40, leaves a deep void in the lives of the many people who knew and loved him.

Though his time was cut short, he treasured every moment spent with his little girls and loved them with all his heart. His marriage to "Tiny Mighty" Megan in 2024 began a new chapter of his life filled with special memories of being a couple, sharing good and bad times. One of Pat's last days on earth was spent with his dad Larry watching the Guardians play-off game. He had a close friendship with his sister Tori, including the childhood fun of making tents in the backyard. He was a good friend to many, known for his generous spirit, sense of humor, lively personality, love of music, and ability to be the life of the party. He had a special love for his dogs and bearded dragons, who brought him joy and companionship.

Pat was a very hard worker and had many skills. He enjoyed working with his hands doing landscaping, drywall, flooring, painting and other odd jobs. He particularly loved being outside in nature amongst plants and trees. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He generously gave his time and talents to family and friends, often lending a hand without hesitation.

He was preceded in death by his mother Mary (King), stepmother Vicki McCrossin, Grandparents Lawrence & Dorothy McCrossin, Joyce & Leroy King.

Patrick is survived by his beloved Wife Megan (Moran), Father Larry, Daughters Brooklynn & Savannah, Sister Tori & Niece Charlotte, Stepsons Xavier & Tavin. And many extended family and friends, all of whom carry their own memories of him and the special place he held in their hearts.

Throughout his life Pat's journey was not always easy, but he was not defined by his struggles and will be remembered for his generosity, humor, friendship, and the person he was, the connections he made, and the many ways he brought joy and kindness into the lives of those around him. We hope he has now found the peace that often eluded him in life.

Patrick, may you rest in peace, free from pain, struggles and forever be remembered with love.
