Patricia Secreto

Patricia "Patty" Secreto, 74, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents Thelma and Clayton Bartenschlag; son and daughter-in-law Anthony & Lyndsie Secreto; sister Fran Morris; and son-in-law Shannon Swaino. She is survived by her children Angela Swaino and Nicholas Secreto; grandchildren Shelby (Ryan) Flatt, Brogan (Bret) Miller, Skyler (Cameron) Stuart, Abigail (Braun) Miller, Avery & Greyson Swaino, and Brady Hemric; great-grandkids Theo & Swayzie Jo; niece Tonya Lee; and many other niece and nephews.

Patty was born in Akron and was a lifelong area resident. She frequently attended St. Bernard Parish.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 28 from 4-6PM at the Anthony Funeral Home, Akron Chapel, 1990 S Main St in Akron, where a service will be held at 6PM, Fr. Jeremy Merzweiler officiating.
