Patricia Hartman

Patricia Ann (Capron) Hartman, 97, passed away on December 27, 2025.
Pat was born on July 7, 1928 to the late Paul and Ruth Capron and attended Kenmore High School. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish and St. Paul Parish in Firestone Park. Pat was a lifetime member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Mark Heffernan Division #2.
In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband Walter Hartman; brothers Dick (Betty), Paul (Pauline), & Jim (Marilyn) Capron. She is survived by her children Greg (Naomi) Hartman, Anne (Bob) Kostko, & Marybeth (Mary) Hartman-Palmer; brothers Bob (Karen) & Bill (Barb) Capron; grandchildren Amanda (Jim) Angerstien, Eric (Jeni) Kostko, Regina (Kris) Kodzev, Kevin (Julie) Kostko, Ben (Dedra) Hartman, Jud (Angela) Hartman, Emily (Michael) Hartman-Fiedler, & Lydia (Brandon) Moore, along with 20 great-grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews that she loved very much.
A special thanks to the team of nurses and aides from Grace Hospice.
Pat was blessed with a life full of love, family, and faith. Her legacy will live on in all of us.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 3, 11 am, with the family receiving friends for one hour prior, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1580 Brown St. in Akron. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Please make any donations in Pat's memory to Grace Hospice 7206 Market St. Suite C Boardman, Ohio 44512.
