Patricia R. Cash

Patricia passed away on May 11, 2025, after a long battle with medical conditions. Through it all, she remained independent and faced her challenges with a positive attitude.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Rose Francis; her sister, Laura; and her husband, Jerry. She is survived by her only daughter, Terre Vance, and her husband, Gregory.

Born in Michigan, Patricia was a lifelong resident of Akron, Ohio. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, and had a deep love for animals. Her dogs brought her years of love and companionship.

Following her retirement and the passing of her husband, Patricia worked at Wal-Mart to stay active and engaged, and she valued the friendships she formed with her fellow employees.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place and no funeral services will be held. Donations in her memory may be made to the Humane Society of Summit County.
