Patricia Ann (Mcbee) Boyd

Patricia Ann Boyd, 70, died Friday, August 12, 2022, in Akron.

She was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on October 25, 1951. She graduated from Mogadore High School in 1969 and went to become a schoolteacher for Norwalk Public Schools and later Kindergarten and first grade at Color Our Rainbow in Akron. She loved history and enjoyed genealogy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosco & Johnnie McBee; and nephew Benjamin Probert. She is survived by her husband of 36 years Dale Boyd; sister-in-law Janice McBee; brother Lee McBee; nieces and nephews Sarah Krieg, Jacob McBee, Emma Zook, Robert Johnson Jr, Kara Ledford, Neal Johnson, Cory Barnhart, Amber Curlee, Hannah Hunt and Kayla Kindig; sisters-in-law Angela Johnson, Barbara Boyd, Kay Probert, & Donna Barnhart; and daughter-of-the-heart Franci McCray.

Private burial at Mogadore Cemetery will be held.
