Opal Etta Nicholson

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Opal Etta Nicholson, 71, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at her home.
She was born in Randolph, Ohio. Special Thank you to Phil, Angela, Nathaniel Clark and Chase of Hospice of Summa for their care and support.
Opal was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Clara Mae (Honn) Anderson; husband, Raymond; sons, Roger Allan Lees, Jr., Russell Lees and Frank Reese Nicholson. She is survived sons, Daniel (Patricia), Jerry and Steven Wade (Quail Orr) Nicholson; daughters-in-law, Diane Nicholson and Jessica Worthington; brothers, Larry (Ruth), Bernard (Kathy), Robin and Ken (Linda) Anderson; grandchildren, Nicholas and Katie Lees and Reese, Jonathan and Andrew Nicholson; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and her granddogs, Toby Todd and Pup Pup.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave. (one block North of Portage Trail at 3rd St.) in Cuyahoga Falls. Pastor Les Sutherland officiating. Private interment at Northampton Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, 5 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
