Nancy Ellen Warth

Nancy Ellen Warth, 88, formerly of Hartville, OH, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Pebble Creek Care Center surrounded by loving family.
Nancy was born June 20, 1929 to Ralph and Josephine Gross in Peru, IN. She grew up at St. Vincent Villa Catholic orphanage in Ft. Wayne and was later adopted by Francis and Loretta Farrell.
She married her late husband Aloysius Warth in 1948 and moved to Firestone Park in Akron where they raised their five children.
She was well known for her customer service while employed in the catalog department at Montgomery Ward. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and St. Paul Ladies Guild. She said the rosary daily and was an active bridge player.
Nancy has joined her husband, Al, who proceeded her in death in 2007, as well as her son Joseph and sisters Betty Gauvain and Eileen Finkel. She is survived by her children Kathleen (Jerry) Robinson, Stephen (Diana - dec.) Warth, Eileen (Randy) Fleming, John (Darcelee) Warth, and Robert Warth; brother James Rinehart. Grandma Nancy will be missed by her 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
We are grateful to Pebble Creek and Harbor Light Hospice for their care of Nancy.
The family will receive friends Sunday 2 to 5 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St., Akron OH 44301. A funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, February 26, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1580 Brown St., Akron OH 44301. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
