Melvin (Mel) Noble, 82, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Akron City Hospital.
Mel was born January 5, 1940, to William and Naomi (Parkinson) Noble in Dearborn, Michigan. Mel was a Deputy Sheriff for Summit County and was previously a Locomotive Engineer for A.C. and Y Railroad. He was a faithful member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
Mel was preceded in death by his beloved wife Judith in 2015, his son Matthew and seven brothers and sisters. He is survived by his children Michelle (Dr. Michael) Orzo and Michael (Michelle) Noble; grandchildren Michael and Megan Noble and Nicholas and Alexandra Orzo.
The family will receive friends Friday, October 14, 2022 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd., Uniontown OH 44685 and will be followed by the Celebration of a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00pm.
