Megan Lynn Gottschalk

Megan Gottschalk, 52, passed away unexpectedly on March 30, 2026. 

Megan was born in Greensburg, Indiana to the late Gary and Karen Gottschalk. She graduated from Green High School in 1991 and worked in marketing for Sherwin-Williams.

Megan is survived by her sisters Robin (Al) Fleming, Paula (Steve) Tharp and honorary sister Pamela (Bill) Brown. Also surviving are Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nieces and nephews Sasha and Genia Fleming, Steven Jr, Courtney, Cody and Chad Tharp, bonus daughters Josie and Bailey Musci and many many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Gary and Karen Gottschalk.

The family will receive friends from 2-4PM on Sunday April 12, 2026 at the Anthony Funeral Home-Akron Chapel, 1990 S Main Street, Akron where a Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00PM. In lieu of flowers, to honor Megan's spirit, please make a donation to a local animal shelter.
