Maureen Ann (Hogue) Gramza

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Maureen Ann Gramza of North Canton, Ohio who passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the age of 75. A retired teacher of 30 years in special education, she was born February 19, 1947 in Corning, NY to Thomas and Vera (Stevens) Hogue. She and her husband Daniel Gramza were eight days away from celebrating 54 years of marriage. Surviving in addition to Daniel of North Canton are two daughters: Christine (Peter) VanHouten of Lancaster, NY and Barbara (Brian) Kolts of Uniontown; a son, Thomas (Aliza) Gramza of Wilmington, MA; seven grandchildren: Matthew VanHouten, Grace VanHouten, Ethan Kolts, Maya Kolts, Ania Gramza, Cameron Gramza, Sebastian Gramza; and a brother, Steve Hogue of Corning, NY. Per her wishes, Maureen was cremated and a mass will be held at Queen of Heaven Church at 1800 Steese Rd, Uniontown OH 44685 on Friday, March 3 at 11:00 am. Calling hours will be held prior to the memorial service from 10:00 - 11:00 am.
