Maryann (Allen) Zarlengo

Maryann Zarlengo, 82, passed away March 4, 2023.
Maryann was born in Cuyahoga Falls on January 6, 1941 to the late Fred & Vera Allen. She was a graduate of Stow High School. Maryann worked for the City of Cuyahoga Falls for over 20 years as a Community Development Administrator. In her younger years, Maryann enjoyed disco and dancing and in her later years loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She always loved her Vernors ginger ale topped off with her favorite candy Good & Plenty.
In addition to her parents, Maryann was preceded in death by her grandson Jimmy Jones and her husband Vince Zarlengo. She is survived by her sons Gary Steven (Shari), Christopher, & Scott (Kandie) Jones; brother Bud (Carol) Allen; grandchildren Brandy (Howie), Steven (Leslie), Kevin, Christoper (Jessica), Collin, Cayli, Scotty, & Jacquie, as well as 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive extended family & friends on Friday, March 10, from 5-7 pm, with a funeral service immediately following, at the Anthony Funeral Home McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel 247 Stow Ave. (at Third St., one block north of Portage Trail in) Cuyahoga Falls. A private interment will take place at Chestnut Hill Memorial Gardens.
