Mary Weldin

Mary Weldin, 88, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 9, 2017.
Mary was born on April 24, 1929 and lived in Akron, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gaetano and Isabell (Ferrell) DePalo. She is survived by her sons, Greg, Gary and Rodney Gill; brother, Roy (Karen) DePalo; granddaughter, Cheryl (Shaun) Hires; and great-grandson, Eric.
Mary was a member of St. Sebastian Church. She loved to be in the sun and spent her younger years vacationing at the beach in Florida. Mary also enjoyed playing bingo with her friends.
There will be no calling hours. The family is honoring Mary's wishes. A Graveside service for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron. (Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, Akron)
