Mary W. Wagner

Mary Wagner, 99, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2025.

Mary was born on February 14, 1925 in Kent to the late Edward and Bessie Rogers, and was a 1943 graduate of Kent Roosevelt High School. She was a faithful parishioner of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Mary loved to spend time with her family, play bridge, read, and travel.

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by 10 siblings. She is survived by her beloved husband of 74 years, Richard; children Mary (Gerald) Kelley, Karen (Tom) Oberdier, Richard (Laura), Bill (Kathy), and Vicki (Kevin) Harig; grandchildren Colleen, Cathleen (Kyle), Matt, Jason (Shirley), Lisa (Will), Christopher (Melanie), Katelyn, Ashli (Will), Jacki (Chris), Kyle (Beth), Zach, Jen, Nick (Amy), Emily (Andrew), as well as 20 great-grandchildren, with twins on the way. Mary is also survived by her sister, Patricia Porcase and sister-in-law, Dolly Rogers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sunday, February 2, 2025, 1:00 PM at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd. Uniontown (in Green) OH 44685. A private entombment will take place at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the church.
