Mary Catherine Daly

Mary Daly, 92, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2015.
Born in Lorain, OH on June 17, 1923 to the late Eugene & Agnes O'Brien,
Mary had been a Falls resident for nearly 60 years. She was a member of
St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls, as well as their Altar &
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband
Harry, son Dennis, and son-in-law Michael Thomas. She is survived by
her children Larry (Linda) Daly, Patricia (Brian) Marconi, Joann Thomas,
Richard Daly, and Susan (Michael) Janota; brother Bob O'Brien and
sisters Ginny Nadeau & Gerri Reed, as well as many grandchildren and
great-grandchildren. Mom was a beautiful person with a great smile who
is now reunited with dad and her son Dennis. Having six kids in nine
years didn't stop her from influencing the lives of many.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Jared Orndorf on
Friday, Nov. 20, at 10:00 am, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls.
Inurnment will take place at All Saints Cemetery in Northfield. In lieu
of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen
Foundation of Northeast Ohio 5350 Transportation Boulevard, Suite 22
