Mary Bennington, 82, formerly of Akron, passed away on Oct. 22, while residing in Tennessee. Born in Decherd, Tenn., the daughter of John and Mary Bostick, Mary had retired as a social worker for Summit County Welfare. She was preceded in death by husband, Wilson Bennington; son, John Longaberger; sisters, Betty Masano, and Johnnie Adams; and brother, Gary Bostick. Her survivors include sons, Robert (Donna) Longaberger, Mark (Sharon) Longaberger, and Timothy (Denise) Longaberger; grandchildren, Kelly, Erich, Brooke, John M. , Nicholas, Lauren, Mark Ryan, Matthew, Arielle, and Victoria-Lyn; great grandchildren, Braden, Dylan, Eli, Bella , Madison, Jude, Masen, Rian, and Maxwell.
