Martin Allen Swigart

Martin A. Swigart, 61, of Massillon passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024.
He was a proud Navy veteran, serving aboard the USS Shasta (AE-33), and plumber by trade. Martin was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Vivian. He is survived by his daughter Sabrina; brothers David, Daniel (Patti), and Carl (Denise); sisters Lisa, Cindy (Doug), Jeannine (Peter), Paula (Tim), Teresa (Mitch), Stefanie (Joe) and Valara (Ben); and many nieces and nephews, and a great-niece & nephews.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Jennifer from Aultman Hospice and the staff of Unit 400 at Rose Lane Nursing Home and Rehabilitation for your kindness, care, and compassion.
Graveside services will be held at 9:45AM on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road in Rittman. Arrive at the cemetery no later than 9:30AM.
