Marsha is survived by her former husband, Ron Fusco; her children, Jeff Fusco and his wife, Helen; Victor Fusco; Steve Fusco and his children, Victoria, Christian, and Emmaline; and Sara Oberhauser and her husband, Dan, and their children, Tenley and Caden. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend whose influence will continue to be felt through the many lives she touched.

A graduate of Hower High School, Marsha was a cheerleader and was honored as May Queen. She later attended the University of Akron, where she continued to pursue her education and lifelong love of learning. Professionally, Marsha served as Office Manager for the Summit County Fiscal Office, where she was respected for her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to public service. Marsha was an aspiring artist and a highly skilled professional seamstress whose creativity and craftsmanship enriched the lives of family, friends, and clients alike. Through her artistic talents and meticulous sewing, she expressed her love of beauty, creativity, and service to others.

A devoted member of Annunciation Parish, Marsha generously volunteered her time at Annunciation Church, Annunciation School, and CYO programs.
