Marlene Jeanette Dineen, 93, passed away October 5, 2025.
She was born in Wooster in 1932 to the late David and Angelica Noggle. She attended St. Vincent High School and then an x-ray technician program. With her husband, she co-founded Dineen Enterprises, Inc., a technical staffing firm. She was the mother of four, and spent countless hours as a softball, baseball, and golf mom. She was the consummate grandmother and great grandmother who adored being referred to as "Nanny." Marlene was a founding member of the Woodland Estates Garden Club, and was the local Bloodmobile coordinator for almost twenty years. She was also active in the Our Lady of Victory Altar and Rosary Society, as well as the National Council of Catholic Women.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Bill Sr. She is survived by her children Angela, Natalie, Billy (Kathy), & Jamie (Joann); granddaughters Megan (Johnny), Caroline (Sam), & Alexia (Kyle); and great granddaughters Aubree and Madison Woods.
Calling hours will be held at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, located at 73 North Ave. in Tallmadge, on Friday, October 10 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
