Mark L. Saurer

Mark Louis Saurer passed away peacefully early on morning of September 28th, 2025 at the age of 59 after battling a long illness. He was a 1984 graduate of Green High School and Stark State College. Mark was a Reservist in the Ohio National Guard, loved to rebuild cars, collect trains, coins and classic movies.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Saurer. He is survived by his father Fred Saurer, sister Susan Elliott (Charles), nephew Brendan Elliott (Sydney), niece Kaile Elliott and cousins Jay, Marty, and Charles Bobosh.
A memorial ceremony will be held at the burial site at Greenlawn Memorial Park 2580 Romig Road Akron, OH 44320 on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 at 11:00 am.
