Marilyn Jean Thomas

Marilyn Jean Thomas (Harrington), 88 passed away Friday, April 7, 2017.
She was born in Detroit, Michigan and graduated from North High School. She lived in Medina, Weymouth, Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, Craigsville West Virginia, Scituate Massachusetts and Tallmadge. She worked at Akron General Medical Center as a nurse's aide, M. O'Neil Company as a clerk in the credit department and the Quaker Oats Company in billing. She taught young children's Sunday school at the Cuyahoga Falls Methodist and Tallmadge Methodist Churches. She was a school crossing guard for 20 years for the Stow School System and volunteered with the American Red Cross Blood Program for many years.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, Zane; sons, Neal (Laurie), James and Douglas (Patricia); many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
